Eatin' Good Sunday.....BRRRRRRR!!!
Enough of that...
The Damage...
Outta bed...coffee and lots of it
Lunch...BBQ, tried beef burnt ends, didn't sit too well...
Snacked on party mix this afternoon and a slice of pumpkin bread. (yeah, yeah, I know, not the best choice)
Don't think I'll eat dinner but if I do it will be leftovers consisting of an egg, 1 slice bacon and maybe a sausage link. We'll see.
We won't discuss vitamins (other than the fact that I FORGOT) and water is looking ok. Got to enjoy my daughter and her husband at church, lunch and for a while this afternoon. They went to his family's church this evening and we stayed here. I have been making plans for the week(more shopping to do) and making jewelry for my aunts for our get-together this weekend. Another crazy busy week.

Well today was our Christmas with our kids and you wont believe what a wonderful day I had with them all! We are so blessed to have the wonderful and beautiful family that we have. Chelle is still stressed and depressed over the thing with her friends death but other than that it was a super day!
We once again did our gift to Jesus box and shared gifts with one another and I GOT A PAINTED PICTURE OF OUR TRIP TO FLORIDA...well it is an actual photograph but on canvas so it looks like a painting. It is like a 16x20 and it made me cry. That was from my kids and grandkids. Then Rick went and bought me the teapot and coffee pot that match my antique dishes...and it made me cry....What a day.
Meal wise was okay and I stayed on target except for the sf chocolate covered cherries (also a gift from Rick) but I only have ate 2 so far. Other wise I had my usual this AM (protien drink and bar) a cup of decaf and then the ham and cheese and and a few marinated mushrooms for lunch and the same for dinner. I too indulged in a pc of sf pumpkin bread. Got all the vitamins and am still working on the water....But again I say!!!! WHAT A DAY!!!!

You did do very well, and if sf was your "indulgence" then you are great! Hope you have just as a great day today but then again, today you are a party animal!

Felt good this morning, got up and cooked breakfast for everyone and then an egg (1) for me...Well to say the least...that didnt go over too well and I still feel like its still sitting there in my pouch!!!!
I did however get in 49 grams of protein in..thats alot compaired to the last few weeks... Still working on water...and Vit's are ok...today...
I have been sick to my stomach all day today and yesterday...feel like I want to do something, but nothing does...Man I hope that I dont come down with the flu... I just got my flu shot on Fri but I have a feeling that I might have been late. Plus I havent been to the bathroom going on a week tomorrow...Yes Peggy Im just full up of S.... lol
Did try Peanut Butter again last night...and that is a serious NO WAY...Im thinking the eggs are the same. Which makes me sad because that is the only thing thats not Sweet tasting.....Please tell me this will get better??? Guess Im in for the long haul...but if this is the price I have to pay for putting it on...then I will take it!!

I remember eggs were of the devil when I was first out. They just felt like rubber in my pouch. And your tummy is probably queasy b/c of needing to go to the bathroom....that's how mine feels when I am "full" if you know what I mean. You may need a laxative...especially if you have been eating and not having any kind of relief. Call your doc if you need to know for sure. Don't let it go for too long....way too painful.
Yes, it will get better. Somedays it feels like it will go on forever and then one day, bam, you'll think....when did I start feeling normal? I still can't stand fruity tasting drinks or foods so I understand. And eggs can STILL make me yuck if I eat too fast. So just take your time, and eat slow....that may make the difference. And put the PB away, you aren't ready yet. How do refried beans go for you? They helped me alot at first. Hang in there and I'm sure some of the other girls can give you good ideas, especially those that had the same surgeon.
