Holiday Receipes??
Merry Xmas everyone!! ( A little excited!! ) I am wondering if anyone has any WLS friendly receipes they want to share? I am looking for a good sugar cookie receipe. My son Jarett has lost about 15 - 18lbs just by the change in my cooking and our diets. Thanks everyone... Also, I am on a stall so I am still working hard at losing...
Just wanted to stop in and say hi and wish you and your family a merry christmas too. Bet your son Jarett is proud of his weight loss too, Hang in there with your stall it will pass you have done so good and look so pretty in your pictures, isnt it fun wearing new clothes and seeing how proud your children are of you. But the best part is feeling good about yourself!

Sugar Free Peanut Butter Fudge
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 oz. of cream cheese
1 cup of granular Splenda
2 scoops of vanilla Protein Powder
Melt the butter and peanut butter in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 1 min. Remove and stir in the cream cheese until completely dissolved. Stir in the Splenda and then stir in the Protein Powder. Grease a 6 1/2 inch square container. Pour in the dish. Put in the refrigerator until cool. To speed up this process place in the freezer until cool.
