Eatin' Good....What the dickens?????
Peggy I hate the wind blowing like that too. i scares me .i guess if i had to pick something that does scare me that would be it...dont mind the rain, hail, sleet, snow, thunder or lighting but when the wind starts blowing i dont like it lol
in the spring, and summer and fall when it blows like that i have to be careful when i go outside because it blows so much pollen into the area... didnt get much to eat yesterday becasue of what all we went thru with.
breakfast:::: protein coffee
1 slice of bacon
noon. small package (4 peanut butter crackers)
water , water water water,l
protein bar and helped eat a tiny 9grams of protein in the bag
so i got protein about 55 grams of protein not nearly enough and was so so tired yesterday evening was ready for bed by the time it was dark lol

Yes, yes, yes....it scares me! Here I am, an old woman who will stand outside and watch thunderstorms and I just want to curl up and die when this wind blows like it has.
I am so sorry your day was so stressful....today will be better. Just don't get too worn out. And I laughed when you said you were ready for bed at dark cause I'm sure you didn't STAY asleep!

Breakfast: egg beaters and 1 morning star sausage patty
Snack: protein shake with banana and strawberries
Lunch: Weigh****chers white chicken chili, this is sooooo good!
Snack: another protein shake
Dinner: 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich maybe a little less the dog got part of it. ha
You had a great food day....and I can't wait to try the chili...yum. Hope puppy enjoyed the sandwich!

BRRRRRRRRRR it is a whopping 3 degrees with -11 windchill.Suppose to snow tomorrow 3-5 inches.YUCK LOL.

Vitamines on track.Got on scales his morning have been stuck on 213 forever so looked down and had to look again,got off reweighed to make sure i was seeing right and TADA down 2lbs .211.5 weeeeeeeee.I was scared i wasn't going to loose anymore.I was so very excited to see 211.

And they are calling for snow here, too, but chances are it will be more to the north and east....usually does. Of course now it will be crazy here because I predicted it wouldn't!
