COR,
Great going on the weight.  You have doneso well on your pre-surgery diet and continue to  do  so.  I cant help you with the liquids for vitamins as I used chewable and crushed the others.  Maybe  someone  else can.   Glad you are feeling fine.   Colette

Cor I buy my vitamins at walmart, when I was first out I bought the chewable then after a month you can take the pill form when Dr. H clears ya.  The only one I had to crush was the Super B Complex,  I buy that instead of  B-1, it has the same stuff in it and is smaller then the B-1,  it tastes yucky but I mixed it in some applesauce and it wasnt too bad.

Congrats on the weightloss, thats really awesome!!!!!  Keep up the good work!!!

Andy

I order mine from Celebrate vitamins, they are a bariatric vitamin company, I get thier multi vits and chewable iron with C, I use citrical petites, I also take extra b complex, biotin and zinc, and 2 fiber chewables and a b12 shot once a month.  About 20 vits a day but what ever to make it work.  Celebrate has a website, Celebratevitamins.com

I got my liquid vitamins at the commisary here at FT Wood. They are carring several wls friendly products. The b100 is cheap at walmart and I get my iron at celebrate. The citrcal petiets will disolve in water pretty fast so you don't have to crush them. The b100 is awful tasting no matter what you mix it with next week you can try peanut butter with it and that was the best. Chocolate pudding will work if you need it to.
Congrats on the loss I hope you keep going fast.
