Eatin' Good.....Startin' Early
Hello everyone...
We are headed out early to go to a graduation party, so that is where we will eat. Then I will report back later what choices I made....hmmmm.
The Goods....
Outta bed....protein coffee..mmmm
Around 12:30....2 oz nuts and a protein bar
Snack....stupid m&m's and 1/4 c chex mix....sigh
That's it so far...be glad to have this stuff out of the house. Water and vits are doing pretty good, should be done by bed. Hopefully we'll be home early enough so I can see how you all did today and to watch a movie.
So.....how DID you all do today? I know a bunch of the BBF's had their party today...I'm curious to see what new yummy's we get out of that one. Post away!!

an orange - I love my fruit
lunch - bowl ofchilli anda fewchips(nacho) with cheese
all my water and most of vitamins
probably cottage cheese and green beans forsupper
popsicle for snack

I'm glad you clarified because I sure thought I was missing something...lol.
You did have a good day...I did ok at the party. Chicken was my protein then I had some of the fixin's that go along. The thing that I realized is that a few short years ago I would have had a plate full and these were huge plates.
Hopefully Mark will take the Chex mix to work and that will help. The candy was premium so it wasn't much and it is almost gone...whew.

Well I have discovered protein hot chocolate, oh my it is good.
so breakfast: protein hot chocolate
snack: 2 protein balls
lunch: container of yogurt
snack: handful of nuts
dinner: 1/2 c tomato soup with 4 keebler multi grain crackers and 1 mini drumstick
I will have another protein hot chocolate before I go to bed.
It doesn't seem like I eat that much when I put it down in black and white but it seems like I am constantly eating.
All my vitamins in, fluid intake is good 68 oz and protein will be around 83 today.
Well that is it for today. See ya tomorrow...

Wow...you did have a good day! That's why I like to write it down to make sure I'm where I need to be....but on the days I make poor choices (yesterday!) it helps me be accountable.
And I love adding protein to my coffee, haven't tried the hot chocolate yet. But I hear great things about it.

I had a really good day and I feel GREAT!!!!!
Heres what you all call the damage...but I think its great eatting this little....lol
Breakfast ~~ Protein Bullet (Grape) mixed into my 24oz sport bottle took me awhile to get it done but got it and started another with Isopure (sp) in it. Couldnt get that all the way done...wanted something different so I switched to Crystal lite water another 12oz.
Lunch ~~ Guess that all ran into lunch and dinner..lol
Evening Snack ~~ Half a cup of Broth....yum...that right now is my comfort food....lol
So all in all got about 50 grams of protein and about half of my water...
not bad for only being 5 days out...Whats ya think??
