Hi COF Peeps~

I wanted to send a post out to let ya know about something we will be asking for at THIS months meeting-FOR next months Christmas party. (then to also give you a little insight into the party-wink wink)

There is a $20 charge for us to have the potluck for our Christmas Party. We are going to be asking for donations at this months meeting-to cover that cost (it is non-refundable). We will be sending around a can for your donation and then we will count it-give Jan the first $20 to cover the room fee, so she can go get that paid for-and then, IF we have anything left over-we are going to use it for our paper products, cutlery and such (Sug already has a lot of the things we need)....IF we are lucky enough to have anything left after that-we will be using it for little things that we will be raffling off at the Christmas party!!!

We know that things are tough for all of us right now-but anything you can spare, would be greatly appreciated!!! We just feel doing it this way will be the best all around so not any one person will be hit with the financial responsibility.

We will be posting later on for a sign up for the potluck, and we are going to do the gift exchange, like last year-with anyone bringing a wrapped gift welcome to participate! We are going to do it the same as last year-with it being the "white elephant" theme exchange! We will be posting more about that later too-but our cap on the gift exchange is going to be no more than $10.

The party is from 6:30-8:30 and then 8:30-9:00 is clean up time! We sure hope that you can all join us!!! It was so much fun last year-and this year promises to be FUN as well!!! We have some surprises for you guys too!!! Much love!! Jan and Sugar
