THEY SAYE IT HELPS ELIMINATE  ALL THE WASTE IN THE BODY  I DONT THINK IT WOULD HURT YOU SINCE IT IS A NATURAL THING  NOT MAN MADE... I HAVE BEEN MEANING TO BUY SOME...WAL MART HAS IT NOW...
