Anyone order vitamins from bariatricadvantage.com?

I am supposed to bring my vitamins to my preop appointment in the morning. I ordered the vitamins last Monday and they still have not come. Is this a normal turn around time? Should I be worried about the shipment? I signed up for the automatic monthly shipment. has anyone else done that?

Hi Cheryl, I ordered from them when I was preop.  Seems like it took a little over a week for them to come in.  I only took them for the first month (I didn't care for the chewables) but they were good considering it was so hard to take anything at first.   I would think you should recieve them the first of this week.   Good luck to you!   Angy

took about a week, I think for me. I love the chewables, I got the multi, the iron and the calicium.  I've been taking chewable vitamins for a while now, even before, so I like them. 

I hope I still like them after surgery, I only ordered one of each, just in case.

I see that  your surgeon is also Dr. Price. Looks like you are going to be one week ahead of me as my surgery is the 17th. How has this liquid diet been going for you? I am so excited about this whole process. I was all set to argue with my insurance company and they approvd me in just one week. I expected to have to convince my kid, mother and siblings that this was the right thing for me. Then when I prepared myself to talk to each of them they all said...."That sounds like a great idea! You have been struggling for twenty years.  Who knew!

I ordered my first shipment which was a 3 month supply.  Wasted alot of money.  Ended up giving my calcium to Deb, the iron somehow got moisture in the bottle so went icky, and the vitamins are so gross they make me heave.  My taste buds changed after surgery.  SO I suggest only ordering a month at first to try it out again.  They automatically sent out a new shipment yesterday and charged my cc 100 bucks.  I canceled that 2 weeks after surgery.  So now it's a mess. 

Yes, my surgery is Tuesday! 

The diet is going ok, I felt like doggy do the first couple days, but im in a groove now, I can't wait to eat chicken broth! 

 Yeah, Ive not told my mom yet, that's another whole story, we'll see how that goes.
