Hi Angie....yum on the steak.  Some days I can enjoy and some days I can't, just depends on how Oscar is behaving.  Nice to see you join in and by the way...I am so impressed with your hard work.  Way to go and you are such an inspiration.

Hello everyone,

Here is what I have had today. I don't eat at set times either.

Protein shake

1/2 c cottage cheese

1/2 c taco salad  this was so good and set well also...it suprised me

I will probably eat a few nuts later..

got all my vits  and protein in but am lacking on fluids but still have some time left tonight to get a little more in.

Hi Beverly...looks like you are right on track with your vitamins and protein.  Good job.   Some days the fluid are such a struggle for me, other days it is no issue at all.  I'm sure you'll get them in before you hit the hay.  Have a good night!

 First i'm sorry you had a weepy day.Therapy days can reallytake a toll on our emotions at times. {{{{{{{{{{{Peggy}}}}}}}}}}.Sorry food is making you sick .That really stinks.Hope tomorrow is a better day and that God will touch your heart and take the yuckies away.
 
Outta Bed -Coffe with hazelnut creamer

Breakfat- Protein drink 46 grams

Snack- Nadda

Dinner- 2 T tuna with 4 crackers

Snack- Nadda

 Supper- 2 T spagetti.Not a good choice but sure was yummy

One more bottle of protein to go. Vitamines yes. Fluids Yes. Whew Finally . WE won't talk about calcium LOL.

Hi ya Deb....I'm sure that tomorrow will be better.  I tried to eat soup when I got home and nope, it's not setting well either.  Darn it, I hate it when nothing feels right.  Thanks for the hug, I felt it all the way here.  :)

Looks like you're getting there on your vitamins, protein and water.  Now we'll get you going on your calcium.  I know how hard it is...I take my first med for my thyroid 1st thing in the morning then I have to wait for 4 hours before I start my vitamins and calcium.  Then I have to alternate them every two hours, so if I forget to start them by noon, I usually end up missing my last dose of calcium.  Sheesh.

Lunch - 1/2 Cup of homemade Vegetable soup

Dinner - 1/4 Cup mashed potatoes

Snack - Protein Shake

YAY ME!!!  I got my protein in today!!! WOOHOO!!!

First off, your weight loss looks great and just keeps coming off.  Good for you!  And it looks like you're following a plan on your eating and getting all your protein.  And I agree, I think everyone is working hard and doing great.  Have a good day!
