Hamburger Shepards Pie

1 lb. browned ground beef
1package frozen mixed vegtables cooked and drained
1 can condensed tomato soup or tomato sauce
2 cups (or more) mashed potatoes
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix first three ingredients together and place in 8"square baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over top, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 until heated and top is melted and crusty. Serves 4.
