Baby shower...cake (darn it, I KNEW I would eat it....but go**** was good)
Dinner....chicken soup
Trying to finish my water and vitaimins, then bed since the gym is in the morning...have a great rest of the night.

Supper. few bits of taters and gravy harley really enjoyed the rest.
I've went from 228 to 220 in a week. But if i keep eating the potatoes it wont be moving. So nomore taters for awhile.

The cold weather and helping back in the heavy wood is killing me. My knees keep trying to lock on me and my oh my that is painful.But i can't just set on my butt and not help Gail.Wish our boys would help move the wood pile to the basement but don't think thats likely to happen.Anyway i,ve whinned enough,Hope ya'll had a great day.

At Sunday School (my husband and I taught the primary class today so we brought snacks) I had one Whopper. We studied David and Goliath so I brought Twizzler pull and peels for the "sling" and Whoppers as the "stones."
Lunch: Dh's grandmother took us out to Pizza Hut after church. I had a small salad with cheese and bacon bits and italian dressing and a small slice of thin crust cheese pizza. Oh, and one bite of my dh's pasta and a bite of his dessert stick.
Snack: More of that yummy sf chocolate cake

Supper: Leftover tuna noodle casserole
Snack: Protein coffee
Pretty sure I got enough protein today. Plenty of water and vitamins are all in as well.
Protein hot choc ~ 30 grams
Walked 3 miles..... all at the same time! Took me an hour and ten minutes. My goal is 4 miles all at once but it will be awhile before I make that goal.... my back was hurting after 3 miles and I took the Big pain meds today..... I'm trusting that as I lose more weight my back will not hurt so bad... I know that's some BIG trusting but I also know the Lord can do it for me! Amen!
2 eggs over easy and 2 tsp apple butter ..... I decided I liked it (the apple butter) the way it was today.... guess my taste buds were off when I tasted it after I made it.... will post the recipe soon.

Peggy ~ thank you for the pm.... you are so sweet but the weight is not coming off all that fast.... not sure why but the inches are like you all said they would! Hope to have good things to post on the weigh in on Friday..... will just have to see I guess...... I sure hope more before Dr. appt. on the 19th!
