Eatin' Good....not today....

What a bad eating day for me....and the sad part is that I knew it was going to be a trying day...oh well, tomorrow is a new day...

Out of bed....coffee...yum

Breakfast....forgot, darn it

Lunch...Bits and pieces from a Taiwanese restaurant, egg drop soup, couple of appetizers, few bits of Cashew Chicken (I enjoyed our friends company tho)

Baby shower...cake (darn it, I KNEW I would eat it....but go**** was good)

Dinner....chicken soup

Trying to finish my water and vitaimins, then bed since the gym is in the morning...have a great rest of the night.

breakfast   protein in coffee very good.
snack  protein bar
lunch   2 slices of deli ham and cheese rolled up together and 1/2 cup of yogurt
snack  2 Tbls of cottage cheese with pepper
supper strawberry protein smoothie...
snack  s.f. popcycle..
got in water , protein and vit.

Ok, you're going to have to tell me how in the world you get protein in your coffee....I can't get it to work.  But then again, all I have is powdered.  Do you mix it with something then add it in?  If I try it just clumps.  Thanks

well i brought me a mr coffee hot thingy..that i mix my hot coffee in and then put creamer and protein in and some times mocha splenda for more fl;avor

Outta Bed coffee with hazelnut creamer
 Breakfast. EAS carb control 17 grams protein

Dinner- @ T easpoons mashed potatos with teaspoon of gravy

Snack roadside lemonade protein 43 grams of protein

Supper. few bits of taters and gravy harley really enjoyed the rest.
 I've went from 228 to 220 in a week. But if i keep eating the potatoes it wont be moving. So nomore taters for  awhile.

Snack very cherry protein drink 23 grams

 Vitamines IN.Calcium No Fluids No.Pain Pills YES ,My back and knees are killing me.
 The cold weather and helping back in the heavy wood is killing me. My knees keep trying to lock on me and my oh my that is painful.But i can't just set on my butt and not help Gail.Wish our boys would help move the wood pile to the basement but don't think thats likely to happen.Anyway i,ve whinned enough,Hope ya'll had a great day.

You're making my knees hurt just thinking about hauling all that wood.  I know you want to help Gail but please be careful...it will be bad if you get down because of the pain.  I sure hope you get in somewhere soon.  And good job on trying to get everything in, one of these days it will get easier.  Hugs back at you!

This was an off day for me as well. I've committed to logging stats in fit day all week starting tomorrow. Let me see if I can re-hash my day of eating:

Pre B: decaf with mocha peppermint creamer MMMMM

Breakfast: sugar free 5 minute chocolate cake....Yep, that's right. Cake for breakfast. It has protein.

At Sunday School (my husband and I taught the primary class today so we brought snacks) I had one Whopper. We studied David and Goliath so I brought Twizzler pull and peels for the "sling" and Whoppers as the "stones."

Lunch: Dh's grandmother took us out to Pizza Hut after church. I had a small salad with cheese and bacon bits and italian dressing and a small slice of thin crust cheese pizza. Oh, and one bite of my dh's pasta and a bite of his dessert stick.

Snack: More of that yummy sf chocolate cake

Supper: Leftover tuna noodle casserole

Snack: Protein coffee

Pretty sure I got enough protein today. Plenty of water and vitamins are all in as well.

Isn't that cake wonderful?  It's really filling, too.  I haven't tried it again but I'm going to play around with it and see if I can't tweak it more to my tastes.  And the David and Goliath with the Twizzlers and Whoppers is a great idea!  I'll file that one back for VBS someday.  Good work on the commitment for fitday.  I will go back to the daily plate today, it was just a rough weekend for me.

Protein hot choc ~ 30 grams

Walked 3 miles..... all at the same time!  Took me an hour and ten minutes.  My goal is 4 miles all at once but it will be awhile before I make that goal.... my back was hurting after 3 miles and I took the Big pain meds today..... I'm trusting that as I lose more weight my back will not hurt so bad... I know that's some BIG trusting but I also know the Lord can do it for me! Amen!

2 eggs over easy and 2 tsp apple butter ..... I decided I liked it (the apple butter) the way it was today.... guess my taste buds were off when I tasted it after I made it.... will post the recipe soon.

Protein shake ~ 30 grams

60+ oz water

All vits

Sugar free Popsicle

Peggy ~ thank you for the pm.... you are so sweet but the weight is not coming off all that fast.... not sure why but the inches are like you all said they would!  Hope to have good things to post on the weigh in on Friday..... will just have to see I guess...... I sure hope more before Dr. appt. on the 19th!

You are doing so well...I am so proud of how hard you are working at this.  I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.  And at least the inches are moving, that always encouraged me when I felt like the weight loss was so slow...and I was such a slow loser (it's worse now....grrrr).  What's funny is that you will probably trade back pain for butt bone pain.  My poor tail bone aches so bad when I sit for any length of time.  Maybe that's the Lord's way of telling me to get off my duff and get busy!  (snicker).  Good job on your vits, water, protein and exercise!
