This says it is a sustained release daytime formula protein powder, Has 22 grams protein per scoop,15 carbs,6 grams fat and 200 calories. Would this be a good protein powder for us or not?

it s ould be ok then,....sounds good...what does it taste like?

I don't know ,prosource sent me a catalog and i seen it in there,it comes in choc milkshake,cookie n cream,choc mint,choc peanut butter,mochachinno,strawberry milkshake,and vanilla icecream flavors. 2.91 lb container retail 43.99 but in this catalog it is 26.99

guess i will stick with my ON it comes it lots of flavors like that but i alwasys get the vanilla ice cream flavor, that way i can make it any flavor,..
and 5 pound is 40 dollars.. thought that price was bad till i started checken the price of others. they may be less in price but have a lot less in them ....'
