Gosh where do I begin?? It has been so long since I have !!talked to you guys!! Let me start by saying I am sorry for not coming in before now. I miss everyone terribly. I am down over 180 lbs lost!! SEVEN more for goal!!I have been busy working and studying for my boards.

Jan I hope everything works out for your husband. I will keep you bothand your family in my prayers.

Janet I am so sorry to hear about your FIL. It's a hard time for you and your family but they are so lucky to have you.

CONGRATS on the weight loss and being 7# from goal! Remember emailing me when you were first post op thinking that the surgery wouldnt work for you? (most of us has felt that way-LOL).  Look at you now!  I am so THRILLED for you!!! Good luck on your boards-I will be thinking of you and praying for you!  Oh-and I KNOW your daughter had to have had the baby by now (she coulda had 2 youve been away so long-LOL)  Do give us all the details-Im gonna be a nana in Feb and I am so excited!
