You are sure having a rough time, aren't you?  There are quite a few on here that really struggled when they were first out.  I've seen Janet posting how difficult food was for her.
Does anything taste good to you or not make you sick?  Have you tried softer cheeses like ricotta?  Sometimes I would mix ricotta and an egg with a little mozzarella and bake it, tasted like a lasagna filling, soft & pretty easy to get down.  (It has a tendency to ge****ery, had to drain that off)  How does cheese taste to you?  You could make cheese crisps and that helps my need to crunch.  Just nuke some cheese until it's crispy and blot off the fat that cooks out.

I hope it gets a little easier for you and good job on the vitamins, hopefully you'll get your calcium too.  I take pills all day because I have to wait 4 hours after I take my Synthroid in the morning, then alternate my calcium every two hours with my iron and other vits.  Wears me out, but I don't want to skip them, bad news for us.

Thanks for posting and have a good day.

Hi...

It's on Eggface's blog.... theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com.  It is actually very good, just very filling.  She takes recipes and adjusts them to become WLS friendly, I enjoy her protein soufflee's too.  She doesn't use white flour products or sugar so if you have an aversion to sweetners you may have to adjust it to your liking.  Now there are a few things I've tried that I don't care for, but it's fun to look and see what other's have created.

Enjoy!
