Making a Map

I'm making a map & trying to put everyone on it.  If you do NOT want your location on the map, please let me know, as I should be posting it within the next couple of days.  Also if anyone want's more info put on it, address, phone, email, Instant messenger ID, whatever, just let me know & I can add a column or two.  I would love everyone's input as to what all info I should put on it, so far all I am putting is First name, last initial, online name, City, State.

If everyone would like more info, like the phone, address, email . . .  I can email everyone a copy instead of posting it on here so that the whole world does not have our info.  Just let me know.   If this is what everyone wants to do, just PM me your info.
