help finding wls blog

i keep seeing post of people who have had problems in missouri with cigna insurance denials on a site where at the top it says : wls blog  and then below that title it says :  shared information on weight loss surgery, i am trying to get access to blog on there and can not figure out how
the site is : wls.web2site.info,  i am on my 2nd denial , i am 36 yrs old and have type 2 diabetes and have always been over a 40 bmi my adult life until i did my 6 months of supervised weight loss and then actually went down to a 33.8 for 2 months, so im having problems right now with cigna approving the 35 bmi with one co morb for a 24 month period so i am trying to see if anyone has been through this and if they have been able to get approved and if not can you resubmit a new case with cigna for wls after a certain period of time
