How do I add my photo as a default  picture  so I dont have a ? for a face.

on the left side of this screen you'll see user settings---go to change avatar and you can load your pic there.  If you need to resize your photo I use this site---you can put in the dementions you want http://www.resizemypicture.com/?script_action=process  hope this helps.
