Taking a break from the scales

I need to step away from my scales for a while. I got into the habit of weighing every day and it has been great, until now. For some unknown reason the scale went up 2 pounds and I am getting stressed about it. So I've decided not to weigh until my next doctor's appointment on Nov. 6.

I am also going to be tracking my nutritional info on fiday.com to make sure I get my protein and liquids in. I am also planning on at least 30 minutes a day of exercise.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Brandi stalls happen sometimes....tracking your liquids and protein and exercise is the best info you can give yourself,, dont know what you are trying to get your protein levels too but you can and do need quite a bit to lose weight. real weight anyway....if protein is up to say 90 and waters is at least 64 oz then the next step is more exercise,....too when you ha ve stalls you might still be losing inches. dontget discourAGED.....
