anyone in mo have the vsg?

I live here in MO and was wondering if anyone here has had insurance success getting the vsg through Aetna. I wanna get the ball rolling on getting approved but am not sure where to start. At my regular dr. or go straight to a surgeon? Any info would be helpful.

i think , not sure but that Dr. Hornbostel in Sedalia does that.....is the sleeve the same thing?
anyway see his name over under mine click on that and will take you to his web site. you can at least get a phone number from there and see.
He is one of the best surgeons i know of...
