~A Note From Heaven~(really neat)

Hi OH Family,
I was given this poem today and it really comforted me and I thought I would share it with all of you.  I know so many of you have lost a parent or other loved one as well and so I thought that maybe you would find comfort in it too.  I hope so anyway.

A Note From Heaven:
If I could write from Heaven,
this is what I'd say,
Please don't miss me too much,
I'm with you throughout your day,
You may not see or hear me,
but if your quiet and still,
You may just feel my presence;
because, in Heaven, there is free will.
Don't worry for the day,
it will come and go as planned,
Enjoy each moment you are given,
keep worry from your hand.
Keep sorrow to a minimum;
For if Heaven you could see,
You'd know I'm safe and happy,
I did not cease to be.
Moments in time are brief,
until we'll be together again,
as Eternity lasts forever,
our lives, they have no end.

 

And where was the Kleenex warning for this?   Just kidding!  Thanks for sharing the poem; it's beautiful.  My mother died a year ago in August and it seems like yesterday.  I miss her soooo much!

I dont guess it ever gets easier...my mom and dad are both gone and i still miss them , it has been 10 years for mama and 15 for daddy  and it seems like only yesterday that they were here. That i feel them in some way daily isnt the imagination...it is a fact. they are ever with us. always till we see them again. that is the wonderful thing about being a Christian....the hope of eternity....

I agree we needed a kleenex warnig with that one LOL. Yesterday made 21yrs since my dad passed away and even though he done what he did I still loved him and still miss him dearly.Makes no since i know but i do. Soon will be 2 yrs since my brother oded on pills , I am still very emotional over his death ,It was and still is very hard to accept.
 Thank you for the poem Janet, was lovely, But now i gotta change night gowns this ones all wet from tears and wiping snotty nose.
