What can we take besides gas x strips for gas?

i feel like i am going to explode my tummy is rumbling like thunder.Gas X ain't cutting it,

Gas-X and Beeno are 2 of my best friends still!!! But if you haven't looked into pangestyme yet or ultrase MT20, I suggest you talk to your Dr abou it for teh future. It PREVENTS a lot of the gas. I rarely have any need to take gas-x now but still take beeno with meals that I know will likely cause gas.
