Saw Lynette today

I meet Lynette for coffee and she is doing great. The cheese incident was while she was fixing something for her granddaughter and a small piece of cheese was nibbled before thinking, I do not think that will happen again. She is planning to come with me to the lake meeting on Oct 19. I can't wait to meet all yall. She won't have to deal with the dumping,lucky for her there. She sure helped me to think before I put food in my mouth.  I still have a lot of time to think but it is passing and today I am not as worried today and I even bought some smaller or should I say much smaller summer clothes at some of the clearance sales today.So I better lose weight.

forgot to answer the question about my pics. Yes one was in Alaska and the other in Mexico. I do love cruisin, My reward for losing is a cruise in Hawaii at the end of March so I have to lose.
