one of my favorites ,,,,eat about 1/2 cup now and have this about 3 times a week. I make it up and freeze it in small containers. ....I like it hot and spicy....

Chili is something I can eat without problems.  I've never had any gas problems even from the beginning.  I keep it in the freezer and I love it spicey.  The hotter the better.

I want to make some Hamburger Soup.

We made chili a few weeks ago but my portion was made with ground Turkey instead of beef and I loved it!  I have had a little ground been since and I do fine.  it seems like the chicken (even deli sliced) is what I cannot keep down.  I am dying to try a tamale but they are so high in fat.
