28 days to go

I just got my meds refilled and as usual I separate them out into daily doses. I have two 28 compartment pill containers. I realized I do not need  to fill but one. I guess that means its getting closer. I have been feeling like it is so far away. I have kinda tried to keep track of what I drink and there is no way I drink 64 oz now. When I work it is very hard to keep a drink handy. Today I drank a small carton of milk and then tonight I had two diet sodas. No where enough. I understand now why some people set alarms to make the drink. I go next week to Sedalia for my scope and then back the next week for my day of meetings and will start my liquids. It just might happen.                                I am afraid I will be the one who doesn't lose like everyone else. I have read other boards about stalls lasting a long time. I guess I am just worring about everything. I am even second guessing getting rid of all my "fat" summer clothes.Kinda like what if I don't lose? I have saved stuff everytime I was able to lose weight before and wound up back in those clothes. Guess I will bite the bullet and really get rid of them this time.  I also uploaded two photos in case anyone is curious. I can't figure out how to shrink them for the avatar but I kinda like the picture I found for it.  I an glad the girls passed their leak test. hate to hear they are so uncomfortable. I guess that is to be expected to a degree. Have a great day everyone.

girl you really will have to work on the water, not diet sodas. you will have to tell your boss that you absolutily have to have this amount of water every 10 minutes and if you cant you will have to find other work. this isnt something you can fool around with...you will have to find someway to have it close anyway. it wont have to be iced or anything jus****er.
It will work for you no two ways about it , you will just have to figure out some way for your new life to accomadate your job...what do you do ?
I see you like cruising too? My hubby and i just love it. is the one picture on an alaskan cruise? we want to do that so badly.
I was afraid that it wouldnt work for me too , i had surgery in August and before i had surgery I gave away all of my winter clothes. so it was either sink or swim for me lol
yes stall happen but you have to realize that they do and be ready for that mentally , let yourself rest awhile and then attack it full force by adding more protein, more water and more exercise.
or differernt exercise. something. anything. different ....
you will be sucessful we will be here to cheer you on .....so be ready for  us to yell and jump up and down and be happy with a pound loss and to yell and jump and down and be sad with you when you dont. it does work if you follow all the rules. ...... you cant fail.

Hi Susie,

I felt like I was reading an insert from my journal about my journey! Its so hard to wait-because its something we dream about-the thought of getting healthy and perhaps even, skinny!! But-BEFORE YOU KNOW IT~ITS HERE!!!!

I have "angeled" several women in this journey-and so I can tell you from my experience and all of theirs-that I have heard EVERY ONE OF THEM SAY "WHAT IF" Im the ONLY ONE this surgery doesnt work for? WHAT IF I dont lose weight? WHAT IF I do it wrong? ALL OF THEM-AND myself-ALL thought these.....first of all-you WONT FAIL!!! 2nd of all-IT WILL WORK! Then.....you WONT do it wrong...IF you DO WHAT YOUR SUPPOSE TO!

Thats why it is IMPAIRATIVE that you be allowed to have liquids around you! Impairative! You can dehydrate so easily post op-they say IF you get thirsty-your on your way to dehydration and girl-if that happens-your gonna regret it-its AWFUL!!! I got dehydrated a week out and had to have IV therapy-and I never felt so puney!! So weak and so on-so its not even worth it!! I was lucky too-it can and often does lead to an inpt stay!

I have been a part of this wonderful board for 3 yrs or more and I can tell you-there is NEVER a shortage of a listening ear, a cheerleading group-and people who understand exactly what you are going through.....WE ARE HERE FOR YOU!!!! We will be here to cheer you on and pat you on the back and smile and dance at your WOW moments....AND....we are here to give you a kick in the rear if you need it (LOL....)

Dont you worry honey-YOU ARE GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL!!!! YOUR GONNA ROCK! We are polishing your seat on the bench now! Make sure and do your before pictures, your measurements and get your lists done-like your packing list and your goals-the goal list-it will help as the time gets closer-to see it in writing and all of the things YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH!!!!

I wish you the best of luck-you will be in my thoughts and prayers and if you need anything-PLEASE let us know-thats what we are here for!!! In LESS than a month now-we are going to be doing my famous baby circle dance for you!!!! Love ya, Janet
