Please Pray

A dear friend of mine has a daughter (22) who has attempted suicide before and again today talked about it and is now in lock down at a facility to protect her from herself. She needs prayer and so does my friend, her mom! God knows who they are and I would feel better not giving thier names...please just pray for deliverence for the daughter and peace and God's mercies on the mom! Thanks so much you prayer warriors!

Sending my heartfelt prayers!!! Nothing worse than feeling you can not help your children no matter what their ages are.

I too am praying....is always sad when things involves your kids like this.

Both will be in my prayers, My brother commited suicide Jan 19th of 07, I can only imagine the fear and pain they must be going through, May god touch their hearts and give them peace.

Thank you for your kindness, The hardest pat is all the what if's, There are days i about drive myself nuts with what if and the whys? But i have tried to leave it with god, Because only him and Billy know why,I believe God has a plan for us all and it musta been in his plan, I don't understand it, but it's not for me to question him,

I agree Deb, only God knows the whys of things and we may never know but all we can do is go to HIS throne of grace and ask for the peace and enough understanding to get thru the grief. Know that I am praying for those things for you as you seek that peace.

Cor thanks so much for your concern. Our kids do 2 things in our lives...bring us the greatest JOY and the greatest SADNESS! But our hearts arent designed to accept when they do something like this...it hurts us too bad and my friend is devasted and heart broken.
