I just made Janet's Chicken Enchilada Recpie

OMG it is sooooooooo good. I could only eat a half of an Enchilada because they are soooo filling. But Walter (my husband) ate 4. Yes I said 4. It makes ALOT for just us two so he'll be taking some for lunch tomorrow for himself and his buddy. He loves them Janet!!! Thanks sooo much for the recpie!!! Love ya girl.

Well thanks alot, Now I have to try them! lol Maybe will make some tomorrow, they sounded delish so I printed off the recipe yesterday...just in case!
