Help Constipation ?

I know a lot of you suffer from this and mine just started.  I never thought I would have this problem I've always had the oppisite after I had gallblader surgery in 99.  I got a stool softner walmart brand for Colace it's not working.  I went back to the pharmacy and talked to pharmacist and she told me to get Miralax said it used to be a Rx but said I shouldn't take a laxative due to WLS.  So tell me what has worked for you?

not pleasant but there is always a fleet enema.

Milk Of Mag cherry flavor, take 4 tbls spoons works like a charm, My dr says it can repeated in 6 hrs if needed.

At first I had problems and it would get so bad I had to go back and use the ole green bottle we had to take pre surgery, cant think of the name of it.....vesta

i use the little red pills that have stool softener and lax both in them ,,,,vegetable lax..lots better for you and doesnt make your bowels get addicted to the laxitive to work...(yes it can happen.
anyway i take 2 a night and if i eat something that adds to it like beans for supper then i dont take any that night. ...
