B-12 for those struggling with it

I found a rexall brand "high potency" sublingual at walmart, it is 2500 mcg (60 cap's) which is 41,667 % of your daily value, I figure it should be enough to do the trick lol and it tastes pretty good too! I think it was around 5.00 bucks. Does anyone know if this is as good as getting the injectable b-12?  I take it twice a day, just in case lol

This is what I was takiing, but switched to the injections.  The NUT at MO Bar told me to take it 2x a week.  Just be careful.  I don't know if too much B12 will hurt you or not.   (((HUGS))) Angy

PS did it say on the bottle anywhere to let it melt under your tongue? That is the way your supposed to take it and it supposedly gets into your blood stream more readily
