WHATS HAPPENING FOR MONDAY

Really had fun with the babies today, except the oldest Brandan was getting sick with something. Runny nose and kept saying his tummy hurt. Ran some fever too. I gave him some pediatric liquid Tylenol I had and he went to sleep.

Baby girl was a hoot tho. Even tho brother was sick she was so much fun ….she loves to dress up so when you say come on lets get dressed,,,,she gets all excited and just smiles and laughs. Such a little huggy bug

We walked with them in their stoller and Joe pushing it , but I couldn’t walk that slow so I couldn’t walk as slow as they were going so I just went ahead and met them around on the other side lol he cut off all of the second loop .

Did some cleaning on one of the flower beds. The one with the black eyed susans and coneflowers in it….really needs some cleaning up ….cant decide what im going to do with it but I guess leave it for this year.

Tomorrow we need to go back over to Micheles to help her get rid of all the trash that Jason just kept putting in their walk in space under the house. She would beg him to take it off and he would just put it down there. They don’t have any trash service. He would take a bag a week to his work and put it in the dumpster but then he quit even doing that. The lazy bum. So far I haven’t found even one redeeming quality that he had  these last couple of years. I think he just got into the drugs and pain pills too strong…I am finding out all sorts of things that he has done  now. Things that Michele said she kept from us because it was so embarrassing for her to tell us. I know it is embarrassing but any of you that are in a relationship like that you need to tell someone. , things can really go south on a moment notice.

 

Any way we will be over there all day tomorrow. I may take my lap top just in case we have to stay all night. Don’t expect to but we might.

 

I have got to get my son down to my house to help me work on some stuff for my lap top

I need either works or word installed on it and I don’t have those programs. Also I want him to help me clean up everything that is on my computer that I have now , like all my pictures and programs etc. all the good stuff ….

I think I am going to give Michele this computer so she will have one, she is thinking she would like to take some classes online. …doesn’t know in what yet but something.

 

 

 

PENNI:::::: wow sounds like you found some good stuff at garage sales….i use to go to them a lot and find things but haven’t been to them much since we live way down here in the boonies .lol…

Great news about your washer. What made your husband think that it might be the plug in? Glad that it wasn’t the washer. God is good isnt he...?

RENEE::::::: isnt it funny how we women seem to think that if we are going to have surgery that we need to work ourselves to death before surgery getting the house all cleaned up ?lol sort of like nesting but different too.

Ok I guess we will do them one a day then ok? Maybe we could lure them over to Barry county on some pretext and that way we would be hauled in over there lol

BARBARA  S ::::::: I can just imagine how you felt when you went across that finish line. That had to be so special. I hope I get to do the same one of these days.

That will be really neat next week when your granddaughter is with you too.

Do you try to beat others in time or is it just a walk .

 

 

JANET::::: oh my goodness sweetie , im really sorry that you are so sick. I know that everyone will be praying for you to get well soon. sounds like you are just so run down with all that has been happening to you and your body was just ripe for infection of some sort so it took the easiest way into your system.

Please get well soon . we sure don’t want you in the hospital again. Please if you get any sicker have Megan or someone to please post about it .

Take all your sick person stuff and get better fast ok. Just know that we all love you and we are always praying for you and your sweet family.

 

SHERR: So sorry that you are having truck problems on top of being sick too. Seems like some people just cant catch a break….on stuff.

Will keep you in my prayers and hope that the truck repairs wont be anything too serious.

I'm ba-aaaaaaaack!  Hello everyone! It was a wonderful trip and we had the most wonderful time! The weather was perfect and I want to thank all those who prayed for the same! Everyone had a safe trip and we had NO major eruptions or anything. You would think 12 people under one roof for a week would bring some strife, but we were all layed back.
Saturday morning before we left, we all went to the beach and Chelle took lots and lots of family pictures. We will surely have some great ones to choose from since she is a wonderful photographer. Our big family photo was posed so cute...and then we had all the families seperately too...too many to mention, just cant wait to see them.

I dont know how to get pics posted on here so I sent a few to email addresses that I have, they were just snaps I took...

Anyway, now I have to get laundry done up for the next round to the mountains in October...lol! My mil and fil wont be going tho, He just found out he has lymphoma again and will start radiation and chemo soon. Please pray for him his name is John R.  Also please pray for my mil (Guavana)as she has Alzhiemers and isnt handling the stress well at all.

I see everyone has survived without me and I tried to read and keep up a little while gone. My son had his lap top with him and I did read a couple of days posts while there.

I'll be catching up with everyone and maybe get Jan to get up here to help me post some pictures to my profile! lol

The walks are at your own speed. It is not a race. So, people passing you doesn't really matter. Each time I walk I like to try to beat my own personal best. I must admit it did bother me a little when people passed me and my short legs were walking as fast as they could. LOL  It was such a beautiful day....I just bearly broke a sweat at the finish line.

i have a QUESTION..i know most people have to fight to lose the last few lbs well im down to the goal weight Dr H gave me but my reg dr has me down to lose 26 more lbs and i dont want too...also EVERYBODY is commenting i have lost to much weight and i LOOK HORRIBLE and OLD...well the Q is how do i stop losing??????

So good to know you are feeling better.  In reading your post, I smiled, because I GAINED 20 pounds since last year....It snuck up on me for sure, but it has totally freaked me out.  I can feel sorry for myself or blame it on anything under the sun, OR I can OWN IT, and do something about it. 

I don't have any advice on loosing too much :)  Just wanted to give you a "HIGH FIVE" :D

Hi everyone!  This last week has been such an emotional week for me.  I'm sure its normal to queston if you're doing the right thing.  I KNOW I am.  I HAVE to loose this weight, but I'm scared too.  This is day 7 or 8 on this liquid diet from hell.  I have been so hungry.  Not head hungry but my stomache is trying to eat itself.  Its making all kinds of noises and I just keep trying to drink more water.  I have lost some weight so that's good.  I think I've been grouchy too.  I know its shocking. HAHA!  Its hard to think that I've done this to myself( and my family) and now I must pay the price to get healthy.  Thank God for my family they have been so supportive especially my husband, Frank.  I drug him all over Columbia and he went along with a smile.  I keep reading everyones blogs where they feel great and am trying to keep my eye on the prize.  I appreciate everyones encouragement.  8 days and counting!  ~Lou~

Lou oh how well I remember, it is so stressful, but hang in there and drink everything you are allowed until it you overflow..lol...it will soon be over just hang in there a day at a time, and some tell us this is the easy way out....BALONIE........BULL WHAT EVER....lol ....vesta

Wow, I am tired just got back from KC about 7:30am I need to go to bed!  Had a great weekend in KC got to visit family, got to see one of my sisters which I haven't seen in about a year so she was shocked when she saw me and how much weight I have lost so that was fun.  I got to see Debbie D. yesterday we had lunch at our favorite Mexican rest. She hadn't seen me for a long time either but it was great to see her and talk I really miss that. 

I had a busy but fun weekend and got up at 3am this morning to head back so my sister could get to school and I have to go to work at 2pm so I'm going to cut this short and go back to bed for a little while.

Well hello everyone!! I haven't posted in a while, but have been lurking on the board to see whats all been going on. Been having a quite large Pitty Party for myself, and figured that its time to get on with things. Not sure that's going to last awhile but hoping for at least for today...lol. Had alot going on that has made me even more upset at the Insurance company, but Margie god love her, has been just wonderful with dealing with my calling and having questions!! That office is full of saints that's for sure. Dr H. has so kindly wrote a nice letter to the Insurance and let them know that he thinks that this is a necessary surgery and that things are all documented and asking WHY. Don't know if its going to get me anywhere but all we can do is try, try and try again. Did find someone on the Insurance board that deals with TriCare Insurance problems and sent her a message to see what she knows. The one thing that I wonder is we are nearing the end of the fiscal year for the military, and maybe they ran out of funds? Maybe there going to wait till the new fiscal year starts (around Oct 1-12)? Who knows....
Other than that I have been trying to keep myself busy stripping by bathroom cabinet and getting ready to paint, to keep mind off this. Not doing such a good job of it though.
I'm glad to see everyone made it through the weekend, and getting ready for the week ahead. Did get some good news this passed week though, DD went to TX to see her boyfriend and came back with a ring on her finger....man did that hit home...lol she turned 21 this passed Fri. So you know whats going to come next. She told me that the only thing holding her here was her lease on her apt. (Thank the lord...lol) Her lease don't end til June next year so I still have a few months...lol I am happy for her though and it is time for her to spread those wings, just need to keep in mind that shes not a little girl no more , but now a Young lady and going off to concore the world...good luck..lol.

Good morning All.
 Not much going on here today. Went for morning walk and instead of the mile I did 2 miles today WEEEEEEEEE.
 Took umbrella cuz it was raining earlier and looked like i might get rained on.But it held out till i got home.
 Now i gotta get busy cleaning the house.Gail is in baement doing whatever it is he does down there.The man is constantly on the move. He has to work tonight, But even if he has a day off he can't stand to not be doing something.It drives him crazy to just set around.
 Me i enjoy being nuts sometimes LOL.
 We had the monthly birthday/anniversary carry in dinner last night at church.  I made homade chicken and noodles . OMG they smelled wonderful.Everyone always request i bring them,so i do. All the food smelled and looked wonderful.I tried a few bites of things but ended up in the bathroom. I just keep looking forward to the day i get to eat something real and it stays put.LOL.
 I called my reg Dr made appt for tomorrow morning, I need my ambien and couple of other scripts refilled .but i also want him to do lab work and check my vit levels and all others levels. I have a list of all the ones they check at 3 month follow up but i want mine done now. Then i'll have them done again 1st of Nov. Since i started my b1 and biotin again i do have more energy i think. maybe i'm just crazy. But i want the levels checked anyways. My b-12 could be low.I have read on here where some have to do the injections 2xs a month instead of once.Maybe i am just a worry wart but better safe than sorry.
 I am praying for all of you that are sick  that God will heal you and give you comfort .

 Janet, I hope you are feelig better. You are going through so much and then to get sick on top of it is alot to handle. But God will see you through it.Love you my friend. Hope saying that dosen't offend you if so i'm sorry. I know some people don't like it when others say things like that to them. So if it bothers you please forgive me.
 Bec, Sweet Sweet Bec. How are you feeling? Hope you are doing and feeling lots better. Hope you will feel like being back with us soon .I miss seeing your post ,They are so uplifting. I could wake up be in one of the fowlest moods ever and read one oif your post and my mood just changes, A calmness settles over me and i'm good for the day. And Hope you don't get offened either But I love you too.
 Isn't it weird how we can love someone we have never ever met. And i have real life family members i can not stand. I know that wasn't nice but it is the truth.
 Everyone  of you on here has a special place in my heart because i know we have been on the same path together, i can share my up's and down's with you and not be judged. May get my butt kicked when it needs it But i will not be judged for making a mistake.
 Jan. you are just a wonderful lady always here to help us through. Yur kinda like a mom with the tough love approach . Please don't take that the wrong way. Because i for one am gonna need that tough love for quite along time. Love ya bunches.
