Bec update

just got off the phone with Bec, she was just bubbling along. we talked for an hour till my phone got hot lol
She said to tell everyone that she got in 60 grams of protein with the Isopure and 60 oz of water today and almost that much yesterday. she sits her timer to go off every 10 minutes and drinks her little shot glass full. she has been walking off and on all day. Paul is walking with her .
She had a horrible 24 hours with gas but it finally passed with one mighty explosive thunderous roll. lol
she will shoot me for that lol

LOL..shame on you Jan, now she want let you set by her on the bench..,tee hee...lol
or maybe you dont want too....lol  no Bec we all been there and sometimes still are...lol....vesta
