TUNA THE DEVIL FOOD
I can start tuna today .so of course i had to try iy. Won't be trying it again no time to soon.It taste so good,went down good but came back up even better
. Think i will just stick to popsicles,pudding and cottage cheese for about a year lol.It is getting so old being able to try new things but my grouchy pouchy doesn't like anything.It sure wasn't this picky before.
I was so excited when Abby told us as long as we are taking the bariatric advantage multi's we don't have to take the b-1 or b-complex or biotin long as we are getting in our b-12 also.
The women in our class are all a riot. I always get a good laugh ,they are all so funny.But very sincere{ SP} in their diet and the program.
IU haven't lost anymore weight this week which is very irritating,Seem's like every week i'm stalling out.And i'm thinking eatin,puking,and crapping some of the weight has to go sometime or another.I'm starting to question why i even do this if i am only gonna lose 37lbs in a month.GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.I will do protein shakes 3xs a day and drink 64 ozs of water if it kills me. Ya'll might wanna start ready thre obits, Cuz drinking these shakes probably won't take long.
Heck I grab paper first thing in the morning look see if my name is in the obits,If is isn't i figure it's gonna be a good day lol.

Carrie if you are readying this i just want to say you have an awesome mom. i'm sure you already know that. But she prayed with me before surgery,after surgery, the night i was haveing a hard time breathing,Just seemed like when i really need comfort or someone there POOF there she was .Praying for and talking to me, Wish my Mom was more of a Mom,But I'm used to not really haveing one. And I love seeing mothers and daughters close and shareing each others lives.
I believe one ladys name was Brenda and If you have BBq Sauce Watch out,She has found a new love and BBQ sauce is it,She is a riot,Gotta Love her.
Laura got scripts for ulcer meds today i hope they help her stomach,She is really haveing alot of pain .
Thank you all that prayed a prayer for Gail last night He really appreciated it , And i Appreciated even more, You are a GREAT bunch of friends,
I am haveing alot of back pain tonight i have DJD in my back and neck plus spurs on my vertabreas in my neck and when it flairs up it is very painful. Went got a pain shot yesterday Nubain it worked maybe and 1 hr then poof pain was right back. nothing really can be done just gotta learn to live with it i guess.
CONGRATS to those of you that got approval today .Isn't it wonderful. Won't be long yull be setting here on this pretty polished bench. For all those who need prayers I'll put you in my prayers tonight, Jeanie I hope you re feeling better.I Miss ya.Janet hope your pain as eased down and you casn rest,
I'm off to bed gotta get up early get daughter on the bus and go hit senate bill 40 when it opens at 9. Get lots of clothing and stuff all that will fit in a bag for a bux or buy 2 get 1 free, Ya wouldn't believe how full i can fill a walmart sack LOL.

the first time i tried tuna it didnt do good at all but within about a couple of weeks i was able to eat it. It is just that you have a tiny baby pouch in there and like a new baby just isnt use to the new foods. we have to do it tiny bits at a time and let miss grouchy get use to it. lol I named my pouch Jessica when i first had surgery after a niece of mine that is so picky that she eats very little of anything. lol ....
