happy news!!

went to the dr on tuesday (finally 5 mo's later) had them check my ac1 for the diabetic check , last check was in jan, it was like a 9 ! bad bad bad, any how... tada , my blood sugars for the last 3 mo's were completely NORMAL no more diabetes, they said it was PERFECT!  happy  dance  that was good news! bad part, my iron was really really low, i don't remember the exact numbers but it was supposed to be 50 something, and it was 16, needless to say they ordered me to the nearest pharmacy to pick up  a scrip for iron pills, maybe it will give me more energy, i've been so so tired lately. thanks all for listening.

Congrats girl!!!  That's awesome!!!  I can't wait til the day they tell me that I'm diabetes free.  Man I bet it feel liberating!!!  I'm sooo happy for you.  Where you been hiding I haven't seen you around lately?

wonderful on the diabetes that is great. i love to hear people report that they no longer have diabetes. great cure the Rny isnt it?
but you are right the iron being low isnt good. anemia can make you so tired that it is hard to even walk. get to taking that iron and eat lots of spinich...remember Popeye???? mes strong to the finish cause mes eats me spinich , I+s Popeye the sailor man. toot toot.....lot of good message in that little song tho. ....he got many a little boy to eat spinich lol i know my son ate loads of it when he was small. didnt hurt that it was cheap then too.
take care and get that iron up....wish i knew what would get my white blood cells up....
