Hello from Mexico
I just found out today about this computer.
So they really work on a different frame of mind with time down here.
We had to be at the hospital thursday at 10:00 am for the blood tests and EKG
and some other stuff. Then they put us in a room and had to wait for the results to come back.
Was finally taken into surgery about 4:00pm I heard from doctor(he called me on the room phone) he said Dennis was doing great and his new stomach was the size of a golf ball.
So I asked how long before he would be back in his room and he said a couple hours.
So I went to the money exchange and got some pesos and went to the grocery store across the street and got some stuff for me to eat and drink. And then come back to the hospital and Dennis still wasn´t back , he finally was brought to the room around 11:00 pm!!!!
So needless to say I was getting worried.
They do things differently down here. He has had nothing to eat or drink since Wednesday night
about 9:00 pm They don´t give you anything until after the blue ice and check for leaks on the 4th day after surgery. So it has been hard to deal with that.
They do give the family member a meal tray for 3 meals a day. I am not to enthused about what they serve!!!
But anyway I have a couch to sleep on in his room . They are supposed to do the leak test today.
And then he will get ice chips.
I did venture out by myself to go to get this ))))))))walmart(((((((((((
Dennis just got back from leak test so got to go , talk to you later.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.
So love the people who treat you right..
Forget about the one's who don't.
Believe everything happens for a reason.
If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.
If it changes your life, let it.
Nobody said life would be easy,
they just promised it would be worth it.
I'm so glad to hear Dennis is doing well. That's got to be really hard on him to not even able to drink. But I guess every surgeon does things differently. I'm praying for a speedy recovery for him. God Bless!
