questions on mayo and cottage cheese

I use light hellmanns and lowfat cottage cheese.  I cant do the ff, i just use less of it and it seems fine.  I usually mix things in with my cottage cheese so I dont eat as much.   I mix a boiled egg, some  shredded cheese, bacon bits.  This is just an idea.  I had this for lunch with lowfat ranch dressing and it was great.  Good Luck, Raynetta
