WHATS HAPPENING FOR THURSDAY
Good Evening, Mama Jan & MO Peeps!
I've enjoyed this rainy Thursday. I actually have done absolutely nothing today with the exception of making dinner. I do have to go to a BSA Committee Meeting tonight. Will start laundry later tonight as well. Boy, my life is so exciting...
Bec and I had a GREAT time yesterday! It seems like the time just flies by when I'm spending time with her! She has the greatest giggle I have ever heard! We were both giggling after my dh talked to her! I'm glad she and Paul got a chuckle out of it too. She will be GORGEOUS on the outside just like she is on the inside here in a few months. I'm looking forward to meeting Paul and her youngest daughter Amanda on the 22nd.
Mama Jan - Bec and I went to Kohls yesterday too! Glad you found you some biker babe boots! You have to be sure and have Andy take you and Joe's picture with all your biker gear on and on the trike! Can't wait to see it!
I LOVE Kohls. I went to buy Jake some jeans and some athletic pants which I did. However, I also bought that outfit Bec told you about. The skirt is just above the ankles and it's multi-colored with browns, russets, creams. The mock sweater twin set is russet colored with brass accents. (I got the 30% off coupon too!) Will look really cute with a brown pair of tights and brown shoes. Speaking of shoes, I have about 4 pair of practically new size 10 shoes. I bought them at Shoe Carnival and have only one a few times...then they were too big! Now I've gotta break down and buy some nice winter shoes. I looked at Kohls but couldn't find any I liked. Actually, I found a couple pair I liked but the heels were too high. I don't like them over 2 inches and now a days they are at least 3 inches. I'm going to have to go back over to Shoe Carnival and see what they have.
Janet - I'm so glad you and Megan are alright! You two (I should say three) had us worried! Honey, please, please take care of yourself. I'm sorry to hear that your Dad stole your money and is treating Stephie so badly. I want to say someday he'll regret it...and maybe he will...but only if he admits he has a problem and then goes and does something about it. I know gambling is a big problem. My dh's granddad hung himself on a tree right by the Liberty Memorial when David's Mom was 16 years old. He was a compulsive gambler and would spend YEARS away from his wife and 5 children. It finally caught up with him and he just couldn't live with it anymore. Sad.
Bec - I really did enjoy the time we spent together yesterday. Your big day is coming! I will d/l those before pics of you and get them on your page whenever you want. Just let me know. I'm looking forward to the time after your surgery when we can just hang out and not be running to and fro all the time! lol! I love those little smiley icons you put on your posts - makes me smile every time!
The rest of the MO Peeps - hope everyone has a good night and a great weekend! Love you all!
