My check up with Dr. H!!!!

I had my checkup yesterday and I bet my he wasn't in my room for 5 minutes.  He told me about the chance of and what to look for of a hernia.  Then he told me her would see me in a year!!!  Whoo Hoo!!!   bty my blood pressure was 104/56!!!  Who would have thought??!!!!  Any way, just thought that I would post about something positive for once.   Hugs,  Layla

That is fantastic, congrats!  What type of hernia?  Just curious because I have an umbilical hernia right in the middle of my diastasis recti.  I will have it fixed after I lose a good amount of weight though.

Thank you! I am not sure,  I had both of the girls with me and they were being loud ( as 4 and 6yo can be)  So I know if I have any pain like he was talking about I will be sure to let him know.
