Some pain and some gain

I just completed my second month of dieting.  I gained two pounds frome last month.  My first month I lost 12 pounds.  Part of the reason is that I tore a muscle in my right calf and have only exercised occasionally due to the pain.  I consulted the doc about my leg and he said No exercising for three weeks try some home physical therapy and if that doesn' t work  he will send me to PT.  So now I have to rely strictly on diet to lose weight.  We'lll see how that goes.  A set back, a little discouragement and four more months to go.

that is ok sweetie , they dont expect you to lose a lot i dont think, they just want to see how you handle a change of eating and exercise ....just think in four more months you will possible be getting news of a surgery date. ....take it easy on the leg. and get it well.

HUGS, I bet this isn't easy at all I was lucky my PCP is very good about recording all my complaints about weight and her putting me on so many diets over the years I had enough just based on her notes and didn't have to do this. I wish you the very best of luck, I know this cant pass quickly enough for you but I trust you will soon be posting a hot date with a surgeon soon!!!
