WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY

Man o man am i bushed.  we got home around 6 pm last night i watched big brother and conked out and just now woke up...go ahead and start posting and i will catch up with you all later....and tell you about my day yesterday .... nothing drastic just a lot of running ...and emotional stuff with daughter. not all bad , most of it really really good.
i have to get pills taken now and get some water down and get dressed and get ready to walk with Andy. be back later.

HEY GUYS!!!
My DSL is alive and we have power!!!! LOL been a wild few days hehe. Weekend was great with DH's niece but as soon as we got her  on the road all heck broke loose here hehe. RAIN, WIND and MORE RAIN!!! Steve's mom, sis and her hubby all stayed in and out with us, as they were getting flooded in, we live up a mountain there for we were the high ground LOL. Was all not bad until we lost power, it has popped off and on all week, even when it was on my DSL was MIA, so I promise I was not being bad just could not get on. I am so far behind on posts I am sorry ahead of time if I forget to address something, please know I will never forget to pray and think of you even if I dont type it!!!

Bec    HUGS!!! you are in thoughts today, dear sweet lady!!! I am praying with all my might that your scope will be uneventful, that all you will recall will be peace and smiling faces!!! I am soooo excited for you, just think this is your last hurdle before the BIG day and it will soon be here as well!!! You have been a smiling angel to all of us here and I know God will send you some of your own today, it will all be good, I just know it!!!


Janet    Cant wait to see that new hair do girl!!! I am so happy you did something for yourself!! Sounds like you and Renee had a lotta fun!! I am praying that today your pain wont be so bad and that soon you will be jumping hurdles agin after your surgeries!! I am praying for your Hubby, I hope everything goes perfect today for him!! Be safe in all your running around today, NO falling or hurting Janet today!!! We love that Janet so be good to her for us would ya!!! HUGS!!!


Renee   Your daughter is in my prayers today as well I hope she will get thru her surgery with flying colors!! BIG HUGS I know this will be hard for you and im thrilled Janet will be with you thru it all!

Lori   I so glad to see your ok, I have thought about you so much this week, I hope the new script will fix you right up sweetie!!! You are as always in my thoughts and prayers!!!

Angy!!!!   God Im soooo happy to see your home!!! I pray with all my heart this will be your last trip into the hospital for a while and that things will begin to get better and better for you!!!


Jan    I missed you when I logged in today, was happy to see you posted while I was reading and catching up!! I hope today finds you well and I cant wait as usual to read your post!! You and Andy be careful out in all this rainy nasty weather!! I am happy to hear you guys cut yourselves some slack on that hill, I hope your walks are more enjoyable now for your bodies and also lets you enjoy each others company as well!! I sure hope Joe's back is feeling better, HUG him for me and tell him he is my prayers!!

Sugar   I hope your day at the gym is great!! I am happy you are getting Sugar time in and that the exercise is helping you sleep and feel better!! WTG on that normal BMI, YOU ROCK!!


Tammy- ammy    GRATS on that brand new baby girl!!! SHE IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I am so very happy she is healthy as is your daughter!!! Giver her hugs and kisses from us!!! Happy spoiling Grammy Tammy!!!


I see we have some new faces as well welcome to all you!!! I am so sorry I am late at welcoming but I know that many here took you all right in!! This board is a haven and I hope you will all stay here with us a long while, you could not find a better place, better people or better sopport anywhere!!! There are for sure angels among us here!!!

I'm the newbie on the block so here it goes: My 2.5 year old Daughter has a checkup at the dentist, this is going to be interesting since I will have my 15 month old Son in tow, LOL!

I am down to 209 today and I am wearing size 14 jeans, yippeeeee so it has already been a GREAT day!

Hubby may be released early from duty tonight so I may do some shopping once he gets home and we have a busy weekend ahead of us.

Wow well now I can finally tell you all about what I did yesterday, We have our walk in this morning and am sipping on my first protein drink of the day…..have taken all my vits and pain pills etc etc. I weighed and have lost a whole pound this week yippee.

Yesterday we went over to see Michele and to maybe help get her situated.. Picked up the transmission , have that in the back of our truck. she called AAA to come haul the pathfinder she had over her to Forsyth and they said they couldn’t do it without it being registered and with tags on it. SOOOOOO , her , soon to be ex , when he bought it from this guy didn’t get him to sign it or anything. So we had to run him down get him to sign it then had to go to his bank and get a release so there was no lien on it. This was in Cassville, then all the way to Berryville Ark since she lives in Ark to pay personal taxes, put it on her insurance policy and then buy tags. Then I took her shopping to get some necessities …Normally we wouldn’t do all of this but she has been trying to exist on unemployment checks , as she hasn’t had a car or anything to get out and go find a job. And he making 500 a week hasn’t given her anything for rent or nothing for 2 months now. Thank God she has a good landlord. And is willing to work with her.

 

So all of that is my day from yesterday,

Janet I couldn’t really see the coats good on my phone, but I downloaded the one with roses on the back and that one really looks pretty. But I wouldn’t know what size to tell you I needed as Sugar went and tried one on for me in a med. And she said it was too tight across the shoulders. Don’t know if I would need a large or what. I know in coats it always seems like you need a bigger size. And to I would only be wearing it on the trike when it was cold and would have sweater or something warm on under it.

 

Loved your hair what I could tell on my phone. Do you still like it this morning?

 

So happy to see the board was jumping yesterday…Lori  so glad it was just your internet connection, what ever did we do with out these machines.

Hope the new script works for you and is the wonder drug you need. And if you have to have your gall bladder taken out it is almost a outpatient surgery to do it but you wouldn’t want just anyone to do it that wasn’t familiar with gastric bypass. They might think you were broke and fix you while they were in there lol no kidding tho

Jeanine good to know that you hadn’t just left us on purpose ….my internet connection which is satellite was on and off  too. We got a total of 7 inches of rain here when you add it all together.

Now Bull Shoals lake is back up again. I don’t know if the park down there in Forsyth will ever be useable again. there are several trees that have uprooted and probably be a lot more .a lot of them look dead too.

 

Well I know I have missed some of you and I will go back and look and if you needed something from me I will send you a private  pm. Ok? Love all of you and from now on like this I will take my lap top with me …I forgot I had it lol  crazy huh. I could have at least typed up everything and then when I got to a wifi place could have sent it in .

Hiya Amy!! Welcome to the Mo board!!! Heck welcome soon to Mo. period LOL!!! I hope everything went/ goes smoothly at the dentist, that sounds like a real adventure!!! I am sure they are both adorable and little angels right hehe I hope you will like Mo. my hubby and I live near the Ar./ Mo. state line we spend more time in Mo. than in arkansas most days tho hehe hubby is orginally from Mo. Its a great place full of nice people from what I have seen especially here!! (im from georgia orginally myself so im adopted here too). My doc is located in Sedalia and it seems a lovely place what little I have been able to explore there so far, I hope you and your family will be very happy !!!


Wow Jan you sound like you had a day, girl!! I am glad you got some much done for your daughter, I am sure she was thankful, I hope things will soon look up for her, sounds roughshe is sure lucky to have you and Joe to help her!! I hope today you are resting up a bit hehe. Next time you come this side of the state line and will have a little time let me know you were near my stomping grounds, maybe next time I can take you guys to lunch or something!!

Hello Jan and Mo board,

What a beautiful day it is today. All sun shiny and cool out. I love this time of year..

I have been busy watching my grandkids since school started, but like Sugar I would rather be a grandma than a football mom, taxi, cook, and caretaker. I didn't volunteer for any of this stuff but I got volunteered. Praise God now I can do it without being in extreme pain. I feel kind of selfish for not wanting to babysit because I know my daughter feels at ease knowing I am with the kids and she doesn't have to worry about them. She works 12 hr shifts and she is working 6 days a week which is really hard on me but I know it is hard on her also. She is making such good money but I am afraid she is going to wear herself out. and me lol....

My stall finally broke and I got up this morning and I weighed 258 lbs. I can't tell you the last time I weighed in the 250's..Feels good..I am able to eat a little more now. I fixed a big pot of chile and boy was it good. Could eat a half cup and it filled me up. Amazing....Usually it was 2 or 3 bowls...
Put several bowls in the freezer for later...Gladware makes bowls in 1 cup and then 1/2 cup sizes so that makes it easy to divide and freeze just the right portions...
It seems I am able to drink alot more too. I am not so thirsty anyway...for some reason when I drink plain water my pouch hurts. I drink mostly watered down juice and that seems to do the trick. I know it has calories in it but its a little trade off for getting my fluids in, can not stand any sugar free drinks..Hope that will change one day...

I have been cleaning my house, I never thought I would say I like cleaning but boy does it feel good to be able to do it..I am not fast at it but I am steady...lol....

My clothes are falling off me lol...I just hate to go clothes shopping but I am gonna have to pretty soon. Luckily I am a pack rat and keep some of my smaller clothes..but I have a feeling I won't be wearing them long...what a blessing this r n y is.  The 1st month I never thought I would say that but the 2 month has been alot better..

Hope all the ones that are having problems are getting better..I have been keeping you in my prayers..

Bec not long now..it will fly by...

Dear Aunt Jan and OH Peeps~

MAN~TODAY HAS BEEN NUTS. NUTS. NUTS.....Crazy I tell ya. Right before I passed out last night, I got a text from Renee that Tiffs surgery had been moved up. I WAS SO MAD~! Although, at times I can get a lot accomplished-getting myself in 2 different places in one time is not something I have conquered yet. I felt so bad. I couldnt be with Renee while Tiff was having her surgery. Darn it!!

Mr. Mike is doing really good-however, he is NOT going to be happy when he realizes that he will be having yet ANOTHER surgery-most likely shoulder replacement. YIPPPPEEEE! I see that happening (NOT!) Not without a huge fight on my hands, really. Two different places they went to drill for the anchors, crumbled. Mikes shoulder/rotator cuff are deteriorating. No anchors this time.

To top that off-Jonathan has been a flat out BRAT.......He has NEVER been this bad before-He actually HIT ME! 3 times. OH MAN....That was NOT the smartest thing that child has ever done. I dont know whats gotten into him-he has NEVER done that to me before. Of course, I wanted to bust his rear-but knew I was too mad to do that. I grabbed his hand to take him to the car (was getting Mikes RXs) and Megan and Darrel were going to wait for the stuff (no school for Darrel today-had a 3 day week!!) ANYWAY-he threw himself on the floor 3 times and he wrenched my back so bad that I think I am actually going to go to the ER.......It hurts that bad. Needless to say-he was in time out for a LONG time-and got a spanking anyway! I will be damned if once we got home, I told him that he couldnt play his gameboy and he walked up to me-got in my face and put his fist in my face??? WOW-so back to time out he went. He also did that to Megan a couple of times as well. He has had more time in time out today than he ever has.....Hope this isnt some kind of phase-HOPE and PRAY that its just cause he is stressed out about his daddy and thats it.

I have to make this short. I have so much going on and I have forgotten so many things today....I am praying for Bec and her procedure today-I cant wait to hear an update on her. I know that Tiff is okay (Renees daughter) and she is now home-but if we could continue to pray for her uneventful recovery, that would be great. As well as for my Mike and his recovery. Also for Sugs hubby Rick and that his colonoscopy was clean. My mom had several polyps removed every year for years and she was just miserable. I hope Rick is all clear.

**Jan-I was in Cassville yesterday too-how funny!!! I think thats where that leather jacket is-and I think I am going to go buy one for myself in a couple of weeks if we are all caught up on bills. It was absolutely beautiful!!!! Loved it-classy, but not overdone....not too "girly" but just enough and real nice. I didnt care much for the black with the pink flames-but to each their own, right? The one with the red roses on the back was AWESOME however.

Glad your daughter got all that straightened out. What a jerk her ex is!!! Im glad she isnt with that jerk anymore. Sounds like he is selfish. Im glad she has you and Joe though-

Yes, I STILL Like my hair-actually-today I LOVE IT!!!! This is EXACTLY what I wanted-and to get it done the RIGHT WAY and for a good price-I WILL always go back to her-she was worth twice what she charged. I did give her a nice tip and STILL didnt pay what everyone else wanted!!!! When I went to Walmart I bought the "products" she told me to get-MAN-there is so much of this and that-my head was spinning!!!! I DID have some scrunchy expensive products at home-but Ms. Sticky fingers- I mean, Stephanie-helped herself to them and NEVER replaced them or put them back-and I spent like $7 a pc on the 2 bottles she took from me-I didnt spend that much this time. Stephanie will be here in a bit-so I will see if she can get my pic either in my avatar OR in my profile and then I will let you know when its done. K?

I forgot yesterday when I posted-that Megans car battery died TWICE and Renee had to jump us TWICE!!! I was SO EMBARESSED AND HUMILIATED!!! It is turning out to be a day like that today as well-PRAY FOR ME, PLEASE!!!
