My friend Kris!!! Prayers!!

Well... I talked to her mom on Friday and she has had some ups and downs over the weekend. She ran a extremely high fever(107) on Friday, it just broke this morning. They have her on 2 broad spectrum antibiotics. They seem to think that the fever is coming from the Pneumonia that she had 2 months ago, that never healed, and /or t They went back in today for the 7th time to clean her up and check her out.  They are going to have to go back in  on Thursday one last time(hopefully).  She now has Pneumonia and they may have to go in on Friday to put a trach in so they can use the suction on her lungs.  They are going to start weining her off of her respirator and then they are going to see if she can handle it on her own.  If she can handle breathing on her own they are planning on moving her to the step-down floor. They said that she is really starting to show signs of improvement, but she still has a long way to go.  The family wanted me to tell everyone on here thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers and toplease keep them coming....   Hugs,  Layla

I glad to hear Kris is showing signs of improvement!  Sounds like she has a long way to go but the Lord is watching over her.  Goodness she has been thru alot!  I'm sure this is extremely difficult on her family as well! 

Am continuing to pray that God will bring her thru and on her way to great things! and minister to her family as they set by her side.
