I am making tacos for my family tonight, so while I was in town I bought a package of ground turkey (for ME). I cooked it, added extra water and taco seasoning until it was really juicy, then stuck it in my Magic Bullet and whizzed that stuff up!!!! It then looked like creamy peanut butter, so I packaged it up in little snack sized ziplock bags to freeze individually. I had them laying on the table cooling before I stuck them in the freezer.

Now remember, this is all in good fun, my family has been kindly joking about my food (such as it is) they came in and noticed my numerous little baggies of baby poop looking stuff and (remember I have a 10 and 11 year old boys) it was suddenly the most hilarious thing they had ever experienced!!!

Well, then when they were eating and using scoop tortilla chips, and I took out my couple of teaspoons and added some salsa and sour cream to thin it down some and it looked even worse (imaging the juvenile comments about the chunks of salsa in there before it was bullitized). Anyway, I noticed that one bite of my husbands, in the scoop chip, was more than I could handle without getting too full and it coming back up!!!

I can't believe that a little over a month ago, what I eat over 15-30 mins. would have been one bite! Plus, that little pile of disgusting looking poo appearing turkey was the best thing I've eaten lately!!!!

I totally understand, I can eat 1/2 peice of toast with peanut butter and I am so full I do not eat for at least 4-5 hours later.  It is truly amazing.  Loved the story.
