HAPPY HAPPY DAY!!!
OK for me a BIG milestone!! I hit UNDER 300 this morning before surgery I was around 375 ish. This was one of my major goals, next will be the ticket to one-derland (my sis phrase) I am thrilled, I feel like I have been going so slow ,4 1/2 mo's out I had hoped for more than I have lost but I hadn't been getting hardly any excersize at all , so I guess that 's what get, I just started walking on my treadmill for short amounts of time that I can handle but have been doing at least 10 min at a fast pace (ok 2 mph isn't that fast lol) maybe as I build up my endurance my weight loss will pick up again, I have been on 6 day's now (kinda like a smoker I guess , I count the day's lol lol) I don't know if not getting enough calories in has anything to do with it , but I probably only get about 600 a day , i get my 70 g protein
a day with one protein bar 190 calories, but mostly all I want is sugar free popsicles, I am so addicted I eat 5 a day! and yes I take my vit's.

great going Susy....i know that is a major place to be right now. yes on the exercise it will really help and as you pick up endurance increase your protein with another protein drink. try to get your calories from protein instead of anything else and that will help you in your job to lose weight. also water drink drink drink. good luck
