Found something that doesn't agree with me

Bananas. (Yes, they're on my surgeon's list for the stage I'm at)
I have been putting a little chunk in my protein shakes to enhance the flavor. Each time I've done this I get really gurgly (moreso than usual) and I get tired and car sick feeling. I think they just have too much sugar for me to handle. Oh well. I'm not too upset, but this is the first time I've had any nausea since surgery so I was a bit surprised.

Other than that I seem to be doing well. My weight loss has slowed/stalled for about a week, but I'm thinking my body is just catching up with itself. I'm gonna start my Walk Away the Pounds video tomorrow.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

this surgery is funny like that, now a month from now you may be able to eat them just fine and then again you may never be able to ....thank God you are doint ok ....this is normal to have a little stall about this time it wont last long keep doint what you are doing and keep increasing your water and protein and it will start again.

Don't give up on them.  I had one the other day (half) and it made me a little gurgly.  I shared one this morning with my 10 month old and nothing.  They are higher is sugar so I wouldn't ever eat more than half of one.  Good luck...banana's are yummy!
