Hi , Thanks for the info, but when I tried to submit the form, it asks for a "code" I couldn't find one antwhere on the site, did you need it and where did you find it? thanks susan

it gives you one if you don't have a code.right above the code box it should tell you. EAS11 is what i used.

I hate to tell you this but....I use them a cpl weeks ago and got mine in the mail yesterday.  It is a coupon for a free protein bar.  I was thinking it was for a protein drink.
