Dehydrated

ok went to er this morning. was there 5 hrs getting fluids cuz yup i was dehydrated.Leave it to me if it can happen it will. Took them forever to find a vein. And i hate when they dig for one. I drink constantly so i don't understand why i am not getting enough liquids. Oh well i guess i had the flippin surgery, i gotta deal with it.

Good Grief girl!!!   Are you outside working, or getting hot?  I don't understand how you're getting dehydrated either.  I know I'm not getting near enough liquids, but haven't had any problems until today, as far as dehydration goes.  Today at the ER, they got my IV in right away, but had to stick 5 more times to get the blood they needed for all the blood tests.  The nurse was ready to call for an arterial draw.  That made me nervous.  Never had one.  Don't want one.  lol    Hope you start to feel better.   (((HUGS))) Angy

Angy did they decide what was wrong with you about the blood in your stool?    drink girls drink,,,,anything and everything. well no that is wrong. lol but anything counts as liquids right now. protein, popcycles, water, crystal light . decaff tea, decaff coffee. drink drink drink
