Jenn,
Each of us approaches weight loss surgery differently. For myself I find that if I just stick with the basics, protein, water and vitamins, I do better. Trying to figure out what substitutes for something I ate before surgery doesn't interest me. I figure I've eaten everything on the planet at least once and now I just keep it extremely simple.
I've seen these noodles but they seemed too expensive for me to "try". Just my opinion - you do what you want.
Hugs and good luck.

Oh I agree they are much too expensive. I am going to look when I go to the healthfood store later or tomorrow. I was thinking of like for each 20 lbs I lose to treat myself to a pasta dinner with these non carb pasta's. So I dont eat em all the time because then I think it would be easy to want reg pasta. I see your point of view though. I went to the Amish store yesterday but they dont have carb free pastas.
