I think it was too early for them.  And also would be concerned about the stomache acid.  We are not supposed to have acid in our pouches so to throw it up would concern me.  I hope you feel better soon.

I think throwing up is pretty common if ya eat something that ya new tummy dont like.  A couple weeks out I tried to eat a couple pieces of apple and boy was that a big mistake,  I threw up but it was mostly foam, what they call the foamy's.  It lasted for about an hour and finally stopped.  I doubt ya hurt ya pouch but sounds like ya tummy didnt like peanut butter yet.   Hope ya feel better.

Why were you trying pb this early out????HUM???? I agree that it is too soon for that!  Did you get a book to tell you what you can have when?? You need to definately stick to the regimine closely and dont cheat. Stomach acid isnt right either..shouldnt have any! Be very careful!

sweetie throwing up a little isnt dumping. Dumping is major big time stuff.   your heart races, sweatty , throw up, sometimes poop uncontrolable , almost pass out, weak, cold, hot, usually go to sleep afterward and sleep for a few hours. ,,,what you probably had was a warning that you are pushing it and DONT EAT ANYTHING THAT ISNT ON YOUR SHEETS TO EAT....
you all are not starving it is head hunger....quit trying to pu****  please you are going to do something if you dont. no i doubt if you hurt your pouch with a little throwing up but you could with putting the wrong foods in there STOP.   i dont want to hear of you or any of you other girls being sent to the hospital  ok????? dont get mad im just concerned about all of you , you all seem to be so bent on getting something to eat that you cant have yet. there is a reason for the list. ....

Hi you, I agree with Jan that wasn't a "dump" but I also think you can have a tablespoon of creamy p/nut butter at this stage, you probably either ate a little to much , too fast, or drank someting to soon before or after, I ate about a half TB. on a slice of cheddar cheese(very small) at around the time you are right now and did just fine, I just let it melt in my mouth before I swallowed, I swear I ate that 3x a day for about a week, it was so satisfying. BTW what was in the p.nut butter ball? it probably was whatever else was in it. good luck, susan

I was told by Margie that I could have a little bit of peanut butter and that my stomach might not agree with it. I talked to her again last week and she told me this once again... It is on the sheet too.

You probably could have gotten by with the PB, a small tiny amount - like 1/2 teaspoon or less - but not the other things in the PB balls - the dry oatmeal probably.

I agree with Jan that you aren't hungry. You are just focusing too much on what you can and can't eat. Give yourself a break and just follow the book totally. You'll be so glad you were "by the book".

I need to clarify things because some of you are mistaken about me. I dont have head hunger except for pizza, which I wouldnt dare do!! I thought since there were others that were talking about making the PB balls and they had the surgery the same day or even week as I did that it was okay... Believe me I have learned my lesson. I DO go by the book. As of right now, I have cottege cheese, yogurt and some eggs. I am not all hell bent on doing wrong if I was I wouldnt of lost 37 lbs already!! I am walking about a mile a day I am doing my protein and eating what I am supposed to. I didnt do this to rebel if you are thinking that you cant be further from the truth. I am working my butt off to lose weight! Please, dont judge me or anyone else as we are all individuals and doing our best with our weight loss.
