just a note girls when you make them becasue you have handeled them and the pb is soft you do need to lay them out on cookie sheet and place in ref till the pb has firmed up and THEN put them in an airtight container and keep in ref....other wise you will have a soft googy mess that has all run together. lol

I put some pb (like 1 tsp) in my shake last night and I felt really nauseated afterward. That is why I asked about the calories from fat.

About sunbutter.....my oldest is allergic to just about everything bu****er (including peanuts) so I make my own sunbutter. I just buy sunflower seeds and put them in my magic bullet with a little walnut oil and blend them up. It almost tastes just like pb.

PB2 is powdered peanut butter which is a lot lower in fat but still has the protein. I think they carry it at Hyvee in Belton. You can use the powder in shakes, or just mix it with water to the consistency of pb.

I think I may have to try those pb balls. If I don't like or can't tolerate them, dh will definitely eat them. So will my middle daughter. She loves pb!

Oh brandy thanks!  I was right by Hyvee in belton today but ran out of time.  I am not sure if I can tolerate the P butter.  Not quite sure yet.  The last 2 times I made shakes with p butter in them they made me run to the toilet all night and day and am doing it again tonight.  I will be trying the sunbutter with your recipe!  Walnut oil is found where?
