Hi there OH Peeps~

Im so excited to do the weekly weigh in today-because MY scale has been stuck between 179-183 for several months with no movement. Well-believe it or not-in November it will be 2 yrs since surgery and I just dont eat much at all-well, I started eating-making myself-and my scale has moved this week-YAY YAY YAY YAY!!! Good luck to all of you!

Weight day of seminar (07/08/06)=438#
Weight day of surgery (11/29/06)=394#

Weight last Friday=179#
Weight today=173#

Weight loss this week=6....YAY 6#!!!!
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS=(drum roll Paleeezzzeee!!!) 265#!!!!

weight loss is going very slow...like 2/10 of a pound every 3 or 4 days.
walking still and trying to up food intake more ...not having a lot of luck in that division but trying.
