what I ate wednesday

I didn't see it on here so I thought I would let everyone know what I ate yesterday.
B-coffee and a banana
B2-2 slices of toast with peanut butter
s-half a protein bar
L-tunafish sandwich with eggs and mayo on 2 slices of whole wheat toast
S-pretzels dipped in peanut butter
S-sugar free ice cream with diet rootbeer (I am addicted to these)!
D-leftover hobo potatoes (in aluminum foil I slice potatoes, onion, green peppers, garlic and seasoning.  I bake them for about 45 minutes).  I added some leftover peas in them for extra veggie.
S-crackers and block cheese.  I should have taken the right amount of crackers in the livingroom with me because I ended up eating the whole package over the evening!!!!!  BAD!
I am not sure how many calories because I didn't measure anything out.  I know I am not getting enough water and I haven't been excersising.  I know this is not very encouraging but I wanted to be accountable.  Hopefully things go better today.  Have a great day and God bless, Penni

Penni isnt that the wonderful thing about our pouches, if we fail one day we can start over tomorrow. always a new start.....

Penni, I was doing this post but got discouraged when only one or two people posted and some days none at all so I kind of stopped doing it. 

I see that you are way out of surgery and surprised to see that your able to eat bread like that.  I used to be a big bread eater and now my pouch don't like it not even thin bread or flour tortilla's of any kind!  I miss my bread cause I can't do sandwiches or things like that but I guess that's a good thing cause bread and carbs is probably what made me the way I was before surgery.  I just hope that I will be able to eat a little soon, I'm 7 months out right now.  I can do most other things except corn and pork I don't like to push my luck on to much stuff.

Bev i cant eat bread unless it is toasted but please please dont start eating a lot of it again. it is usless carbs and starches.  try instead lettuce wraps...i like them better than bread sandwiches .
buy the big pretty lettuce leafs and wrap up your meat and cheese and dressing and roll it all up ,,,,very good.

Penni sweetie you are trying to lose and eating a lot of carbs there.  4 pieces of bread in one day and then pretzels and on top of that potatoes. , not scolding but most of your diet for the day is carbs and starces.  none of which we need. love you

I guess I didn't realize I was eating so many carbs until I saw your post.  The bread I eat is whole wheat bread 100%  I eat them to get my grains in.  Do you think even that is bad?    I know the pretzels are bad so I definitly need to watch that.  I really don't look at the carb content just the sugar and the protein, maybe I need to look at that more closely.  Thank you Jan for being so supportive and kicking me in the butt.  I appreciate you so much!  Have a great day and God bless, Penni
